Healing Spells
​
'Healing Bath'
Place the four candles where possible, but do not light them, Run the hot water while pouring in the olive oil. Now add the sage leaves and light the candles once the bath is full and chant "I heal myself of (problem) With this water, I am free by the power of the Ancients And my will, so mote it be!" Now enjoy your bath.
'Radiant Health'

In your sacred space or the open space, first-sense your own aura - your subtle energies -which make you unique.
-
Hold your hands over your heart area and -then move them down to just below your-solar plexus. You should sense a change in-energy in your hands.
-
This is the point in your body sometimes -called the point of power, the place where -your life energy resides.
-
Now, facing the east with your arms spread -wide and the palms of your hands upwards, -say the following:
Great God of the Heavens, and Lord of All Power, Grant me the right to feel and perceive the true life force that is mine, So that I may have everlasting well being. Grant me, O Great God, this favour.

Now run your hands around your body from
top to toe in a sweeping motion, not quite
touching your body.
-
Raise your arms again and visualize the
Universal healing energy sweeping towards
you as you repeat the incantation above.

Take a deep breath, visualizing and feeling
the energy being drawn in and down to the -solar plexus.
-
As you slowly exhale, see the energy -travelling to your extremities and filling you -with power and healing.
-
Do this at least three times or for up to fifteen -minutes at a time.

Place your hands on your point of power and -repeat the incantation a third time, this time-sensing the energy settling into your point of-power.

If you are in an open space become aware of -the power of sunlight, moonlight, wind or rain.

Finally take a ritual bath into which you have -put the coriander seeds.
The purpose of this spell is not to cure you of any
ailment but, by enhancing your energy, to help your
health overall. Please always seek the services of aqualified doctor or health practitioner if you know,or suspect, your health is compromised in any way.
'Protection for the Heart'
A sharp or jagged stone must be obtained. The stone should be small enough so that it may be easily carried on one's person and remain undetected. A sharp-edged jewel suits the purpose well and cleverly hides its intent. A ring with any natural, cut stone is perfect, as are any natural, cut stones with sharp edges. Any small rock that is jagged or sharp will work quite well, so long as it may be easily carried. A pearl or smooth stone will not work.
Light the three candles at midnight, on the night of a full moon and place them as shown below. The stone or jewel should be placed in their center.
Once all the candles and the stone are in place, speak the following words aloud:
''Stone of the earth,
Guard my heart with your strength,
Protect it from evil and harm,
That no danger may pass,
No threat draw near''.
Extinguish the candles and break them. Wear or carry the stone any time you feel the need for added strength and security against an intrusion to your heart.
'Healing Apple'​
The earth will heal you, as long as you heal her. This spell is designed to ask the earth to heal you, by giving an offering to her.
On a sunny day, cut the apple into thirds. (Body, mind, and soul.) Or into however many parts you would prefer, suiting your own purposes.
Dig a small hole in the soil by a tree, and place the cut up apple into the soil.
While you water the soil around the tree, repeat this:
"Mother Earth inside this tree,
take this apple, a gift from me.
Let it feed up to your height,
nourishing aid, its natural life.
I ask you Earth to feed me too,
For I have not forgotten you.
My body, mind and my soul.
Heal me, Mother Earth,
I've been with you since my birth."
